Can I use sugar instead of jaggery in this recipe. I always goof up with jaggery because sugar it is easy to check the strings.

hey indu...how does raw veggies taste on a bread slice...i think it needs to be mixed with some cheese or paneer and grilled or baked..!

Cabbage, capsicum and cheese-this combination works always...making a sandwich sounds good..i use these ing to make bread rolls, just mix them along with green chillies and salt and stuff in a bread slice to make a roll and deep fry till golden brown. try this sumday i am sure you will love it.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful and yummy recipe! I struggled searching for celery so i just skipped it,but my family loved it with bread sticks and corn chips. is there anything that can replace celery in this recipe?

Dear Matha, I love green peas and i do make stuffed green peas parathas many a times but have never tried anything like this. i personally feel besan makes parathas a little hard..i havent tried this recipe though.Is there any other flour i can use instead of besan. i shall be highly obliged to receive a reply. thank you
