Mushroom and potato topped dhoklas recipe - How to make Mushroom and potato topped dhoklas
Cooking Time: Total Time:    
2 ½ cups gram flour (besan),
1 cup sour curd,
3-4 tsp oil,
100 gm button mushroom,
1cup fried potatoes sticks or thin fingers ,
1/2 tsp red chili powder or to taste ,
1/2 tsp soda bicarb,
1tsp eno fruit salt ,
1tsp sugar ,
1/2tsp citric acid,
1 tsp mustard seeds,
salt to tasteFor garnishing:
Coriander leaves (chopped),
2green chilies
3 tsp coconut (grated, optional
- Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. heat the oil and put the mustard seeds into it and allow them to sizzle. mix the mushroom pieces and fried potatoes sticks or thin fingers. sauté for 2 minutes. add salt to taste and also mix in the chili powder. put off the flame and keep the mushroom -potatoes fingers mixture aside. mix the gram flour with the
