Ingredients

1/2 ltr milk
4 tbsp sugar
1 packet of mango jelly
few almonds (badam)
Method


  1. Boil milk in a pan.
  2. Add the sugar and stir well till it melts.
  3. Thicken the milk slightly for around 20 mins.
  4. Make rough small pieces of the mango jelly and spread it evenly on a flat bottom serving dish.
  5. Pour the boiling milk over it and set it aside to cool and settle for 3 hours.
  6. Lightly mix the milk with

  8. Garnish with almond cuts.
  9. Serve chilled.

Do we set the jelly first and then make small rough pieces?
