Recipe Description for Maggi Cheese Balls
- To make {span class="bold1"}maggi cheese balls{/span}, combine maggie noodles, 2 cups of water and salt in a deep bowl.
- Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes until its perfectly cooked. Allow it to cool.
- In a deep bowl, add boiled maggi noodles, onion, capsicum, cabbage, green chillies, maggi masala, turmeric powder, plain flour, cornflour and salt.
- Mix it well and take a portion of the mixture using oil greased hands and slightly flatten it.
- Place a cheese cube in the center and properly seal it to make a round shape ball.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make the remaining maggi cheese balls.
- Dip each ball into the slurry and coat it well in the crushed maggi.
- Heat oil in a deep pan, and deep fry few maggi balls at a time.
- Deep fry them on a medium flame until light golden brown in colour. Drain well.
- Serve the {span class="bold1"}maggi cheese balls{/span} hot with ketchup.
