Jackfruit Keri Shake recipe - How to make Jackfruit Keri Shake

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     2Makes 2 to 3 glasses

Ingredients
1 cup chopped jackfruit
1 cup mangoes
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
4 cups milk
ice cubes as required
Method
    Method
  1. Blend all the ingredients except ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Put ice cubes in individual glasses and pour the prepared shake and serve chilled.

Nice recipe..but it is said that jackfruit and diary products should not be mixed...any thoughtd

Tarla Dalal    This is not a Tarla Dalal recipe. It is a member contributed recipe. However, according to Ayurveda it should not be had together. You can make your choice.
