Cooking Time: Total Time:    
8bread slices,
For stuffing –2tbsp cashewnuts pieces,
2tsp chironji.
2tbsps raisins,(mixed together)
1inch piece of ginger, chopped finely,
4tsp desiccated coconut,
For the curd mixture: 2 cups thick beaten curd;
1tsp sugar;
½ tsp salt;
3/4th tsp cumin powder;
½ tsp black salt;
½ tsp white pepper powder
For the garnishing: blanched and sliced pista,
1tsp of roasted cumin powder,
1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
few coriander leaves, finely chopped,
To serve with
2tbspdhania mint chutney;
2/3 tbsp tamarind chutney
- Cutoff the crusts of the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin. mix all the filling ingredients together. place a teaspoon of filling over a flattened slice. roll it tightly and close the edges by pressing it gently with wet hands. place the rolls in a serving platter and pour the curd mixture. let the rolls soak the curd. pour more curd
