You will really relish the juiciness of the veggies and the creaminess of avocados, not to forget their vibrant fresh taste, all of which combine fantastically with baked beans, tangy sauces and of course, cheese, to transform crisp nacho chips into an exotic treat! Assemble and bake the Nachos with Guacamole and Beans just before serving, to enjoy the best texture.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

green chutney

1/2 cup baked beans (canned)

1 tsp red chilli sauce

1/2 cup grated processed cheese

For The Guacamole

1/2 cup mashed ripe avocado

1 tbsp finely chopped onion

2 tbsp finely chopped tomato

1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies

1 tsp lemon juice

salt to taste

Method

For the guacamole

Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mash well using a fork and keep aside.

How to proceed

In a shallow baking dish, arrange the tortilla chips, baked beans, chilli sauce and guacamole. Finally sprinkle the cheese evenly over it.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
