Ingredients
For The Orange and Mint Sauce
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp arrowroot (paniphal) flour
2 tsp chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
sugar to taste
a drop of orange-red food colour
Other Ingredients
4 cups honeydew melon scoops
For The Garnish
a few mint sprig
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a non-stick pan, and cook while stirring continuously, till the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
- Strain and keep aside.
- Arrange the melon scoops into 4 individual serving bowls, spoon some of the sauce over the melon.
- Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
