Green Melon Scoops with Orange and Mint Sauce

Sweet and tangy, a dessert that most will want to make an entire meal of. To make the scoops, use a firm and sweet melon. After peeling it, press the cup of the melon scoop on the fruit to insert it and rotate it to get perfect melon scoops that are ready to serve.
For the orange and mint sauce- Combine all the ingredients in a non-stick pan, and cook while stirring continuously, till the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
- Strain and keep aside.
How to proceed- Arrange the melon scoops into 4 individual serving bowls, spoon some of the sauce over the melon.
- Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
