Thick big arbi 500gm
Sendha salt
Pepper
Matha (lassi with salt)
- Method 1
- • boil arbi half done cool and peal
- • cut round pieces ,dry with cloth ,keep dn paper tp dry
- • fry golden brown
- • put salt pepper on it
- Method 2
- • for one day keep arbi pieces in matha
- • dry in air
- • fry golden brown
- • mix masala salt
