Method
    Method
  1. Soak the dry green peas overnight.
  2. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and add the onions and green chillies.
  3. Once the onions turn golden brown, add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the vatana and tomatoes and mix well.
  5. Add garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, coconut powder and saute for a minute.
  6. Add water and sprinkle coriander leaves.
  7. Close the pressure cooker lid and pressure cook for 4 whistles
  8. Serve hot with rice or chapatis.

Tasty curry.. but very hot and spicy. Added milk to compensate. Planning to avoid green chillies.
