3 cups red pumpkin (bhopla / kaddu) cubes
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
For The Garnish
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
For dangar chi bhaji

This Maharashtrian recipe is so good in taste and also very easy to make. The use of pumpkin along with masalas and garlic make it an outstanding subzi. I serve this with Bhakri for a complete meal.
