Its so popular in India different style and this is Punjabi style. So tasty with rice.
Method- combine the curds and besan and whisk well.
- Add the 4 cups water and mix well.
- Add the ginger-green chilli paste, sugar, salt and ladies finger and mix well and bring to boil.
- In another pan, heat the ghee and add the cloves ans saute for 20 seconds.
- Add the fenugreek and cumin seeds and saute for 10 seconds.
- Add the asafeotida and pour the tempering on the kadhi and mix well.
- Cool for 20-25 minutes and serve hot.
