Ingredients

1 cup corn flakes
1 cup broken wheat (dalia)
1 cup chopped mixed nuts (walnuts, roasted cashewnuts, roasted almonds)
1/2 cup raisins (kismis)
1 1/2 cups honey
1/2 cup jaggery (gur)
1/4 cup ghee
Method


  1. Heat jaggery with ghee in a pan till a drop of the liquid jaggery in a bowl of water is crunchy.
  2. Then add the dry fruits and remove from the pan and spread it on a plate to cool.
  3. Once it cools, pound the chikki coarsely into small pieces and add raisins to this mixture. keep it aside.
  4. Roast the bulgur wheat in some ghee till it turns brown and once it cools, grind it into a coarse powder in the grinder.
  5. Coarsely pound the cornflakes and add to the chikki misture.
  6. Add the wheat powder and the honey, and roll it.
  7. Bake for 5 minutes at 250 deg.
  8. On cooling, with a pizza cutter cut it into 24 pieces.
