A delightful variation to the typical Maharashtrian chat favorite, sev puri is offered by inspired Corny Mexican sev puri. The crisp puris or papdis are topped with salsa sauce and then garnished with sev and chopped coriander leaves. A true fusion snack recipe created simply to entice your taste buds.
- Arrange the tortilla chips in a serving plate.
- Top each tortilla with 1 teaspoon of the corn mixture.
- Put 1 teaspoon of salsa & garnish with sev and chopped coriander leves.
