Chocolate Coated Cous-cous Cake

Chocolate coated couscous cake is a cous cous cake recipe which is topped with a creamy delicious chocolate sauce. The cous cous cake prepared from couscous, cream and sugar. It is placed in a greased cup and topped with an easy to prepare chocolate sauce.
- For the couscous cake, place the couscous, cream, cocoa powder and icing sugar into a small saucepan over a medium heat and stir until thickened.
- Spoon the couscous mixture into a greased cappuccino cup and press down, then turn out onto a serving plate.
- For the chocolate sauce, place all of the chocolate sauce ingredients into a small saucepan over a low heat and whisk to combine. bring up to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for six minutes, whisking frequently to thicken. add a little boiling water to loosen the mixture if it becomes too thick.
- To serve, pour the sauce over the couscous cake and garnish with the yoghurt, mint sprig and a dusting of icing sugar.
