Ingredients

1/4 cup grated processed cheese
1 1/2 cups boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels
2 tsp cornflour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder , optional
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
a few drops of tabasco sauce

For Serving
16 toasted triangles , refer handy tip

Method

Combine the cornflour and milk in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.
Combine the corn, cornflour-milk mixture, cheese, mustard powder, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and tabasco sauce in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Cool slightly and serve with toasted triangles.
