how to make the cheesy cauliflower stuffing

    1. In a deep bowl, add 1 cup grated cauliflower. Cauliflower is a low-carb and low-calorie vegetable, making the paratha a more nutritious option. The grated cauliflower cooks within the paratha, adding a satisfying bite and a pleasant floret-like texture that complements the soft dough.
    2. Add ¼ cup finely chopped onions. The crunch of finely chopped onions provides a delightful textural contrast to the soft cheese and slightly firmer cauliflower.
    3. Add ½ cup diced mozzarella cheese.
    4. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Ginger garlic paste plays a significant role in elevating the overall taste of your cheesy cauliflower paratha.
    5. Add 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies.
    6. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania).
    7. Add 1 tsp chaat masala. The overall effect of chaat masala in the paratha is a burst of tangy, savory, and slightly spicy flavors. This awakens the taste buds and makes each bite more interesting.
    8. Add salt to taste.
    9. Add freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste.
    10. Mix well.
