Carrot cake recipe - How to make Carrot cake
Cooking Time: Total Time:    
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups oil
3 1/2 cups cake flour sifted
2 tsp baking pow
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt3 tbsp corn flour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup walnuts pcs
3/ cups light raisins
1/2 cup dark raisins
- In a bowl,combine sugar and oil.beat until dissolved.
- Gradually add sifted flour ,baking pow,soda,salt,cinnamon and corn flour mixture.
- Transfer in large bowl and stir in grated carrots,walnuts and raisins.
- Grease the baking dish with butter and flour
- Abke at 350 f for 1 hr.
