Aloo parantha are not bad if you are consuming it everyday then it’s bad it’s a good source of carbs protein and fat Have calorie deficit diet and eat everything and do workout everyday

Aloo ka paratha is fried in oil and one tablespoon of oil consists of 120 calories.so ur figure is highly inaccurate. Aloo ka paratha has about 307-479 calories depending on size and how less oil u use.
