For apple cinnamon smoothie
 

  1. To make apple cinnamon smoothie, in a mixer put chopped apples, cinnamon powder, greek yoghurt or curd, quick cooking rolled oats, chopped dates, vanilla extract, chia seeds, halim ( garden cress) seeds and ice cubes.

  2. Blend till frothy.

  3. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 3 glasses.

  4. Serve apple cinnamon smoothie immediately.
