To make the masala for air fried bhindi ( okra ) in a small bowl put the 1/2 tsp chaat masala.

Add 1/4 tsp chilli powder.

Add 1/4 tsp salt.

Mix well.

Take 3 cups ladies finger (bhindi).

Wash the okra ( bhindi ).

Place under tissue to dry it. This may take 30 minutes. Or you can dry each bhindi piece with a tissue if you are in a hurry.

Cut the bhindi into 4 thin strips after discarding the ends.

Transfer cut bhindi to a bowl.

Add 1/2 tsp olive oil.

Mix well with a spoon.

Take 3 cups ladies finger (bhindi).
