The thandai smoothie is a fruit-less smoothie with a rich and festive feel. Since the thandai syrup is based mainly on spices, this smoothie is generally liked more by adults than kids.
Method- Combine the curds-milk mixture, thandai syrup, vanilla ice-cream and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately garnished with an almond on the rim of each glass.
