Sooji ka halwa is made of 5 tbsp semolina (rava / sooji), 5 tbsp milk, 6 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp ghee, 1/2 cup finely chopped ripe banana and 1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder.
