2 1/2 cups baby spinach
1 cup orange segments
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup quartered strawberry
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp organic honey
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1/4 tsp sea salt (khada namak)
Method
For orange, spinach and feta salad
- To make orange, spinach and feta salad, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl. You can store this in the fridge till serving.
- Add the salad dressing just before serving.
- Toss gently.
- Serve orange, spinach and feta salad immediately.
