The only thing you need to take care of is the balancing of sugar and lemon juice.

Ingredients
2 drops lemon
1 tsp lemon rind
2 tsp lemon juice
a few drops lemon essence
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup beaten whipped cream

For The Freshly Made Paneer
1/2 ltr (2 1/2 cups) full-fat milk
1 tbsp lemon juice

To Be Blended Into A Smooth Paste
1/2 cup freshly made paneer (cottage cheese) , recipe above
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp unbeaten whipped cream

For The Garnish
a few lemon drops
a few mint sprigs
lemon wedges
Method

    For the freshly made paneer
  1. Bring the milk to boil in a deep pan
  2. When the milk starts boiling, remove form the flame , add the lemon juice and wait for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir once and again wait for 2 minutes or till the milk is completely curdled. Strain it with the help of a strainer and squeeze out all the excess water from the paneer.
  4. Keep aside and use as required.

  1. Combine the lemon yellow colour, lemon rind, lemon juice, lemon essence, sugar and the prepared paste in a bowl and mix gently.
  2. Add the whipped cream and fold gently.
  3. Pour equal quantities of the mixture into 4 individual bowls / glasses and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or till the mousse sets.
  4. Garnish it with lemon drops, mint sprigs and lemon wedges.
  5. Serve chilled.
