Allow it to cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Knead the mixture into a dough and shape into a cylindrical roll of 5 to 6" in length. Wrap it with a cling wrap or aluminium foil and freeze for 1 hour. Cut into 8 equal sized pieces and serve. Serve chilled or store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a non stick pan.

Add 1/3 cup roughy chopped pistachios.

Add 1/3 cup roughly chopped almonds (badam).

Roast the nuts on a low flame and remove from the pan.

Put 2 tsp sesame seeds (til) in the same pan.

Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Use a wooden spatula to break the dates apart so they mix with the nuts.
