3/4 cup puffed wheat
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup finely chopped and deseeded tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt or as advised by doctor / dietitian

To Be Blended Into A Sukha Chutney (without Using Water)
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 tsp sunflower seeds (surajmukhi ke beej)
1/2 tbsp roasted chana dal (daria)
1/2 tsp roughly chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt or as advised by doctor / dietitian
Method

For wheat puff and oats bhel

    For wheat puff and oats bhel
  1. To make wheat puff and oats bhel recipe, combine the oats and wheat puff in a broad non-stick pan and dry roast on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes or till they turn crisp.
  2. Remove on a plate and allow the mixture to cool completely.
  3. Once cooled, transfer it into a deep bowl and add the sukha chutney and all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Serve wheat puff and oats bhel immediately.
