A lively combo of cocoa and mint, this cupcake is a great way to share your joy with family and friends. Served with delicious peppermint ice-cream, it is ideal as an after-dinner treat for adults. For a stronger mint flavour, add a drop of peppermint essence to the chocolate cupcake batter before baking.
For the frosting- Put the butter in a deep bowl and beat it using a spatula.
- Add the icing sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla essence and peppermint essence and mix well. Keep aside.
How to proceed- Fill the frosting in a piping bag and pipe out swirls of your choice on each cupcake.
- Serve immediately.
