A south indian dessert recipe. . .
Method- Clean and wash the rice and keep aside. Rice, milk and sugar, mix well and pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
- Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
- Add the butter before serving in individual bowls.
- Serve hot.
