Hi,
This recipe is easy and I’m looking forward to making it.
Would it be okay to add some oil, about a tablespoon or so, in the flour and then bind it with the spices and coriander? Thanks so much.

I just made this recipe and it turned out fabulous! In the video she slices the 8 little rolls into half inch slices not 1-inch as indicated on the recipe. So my pieces were large. I even rolled each little piece into a smaller cylinder shape before I cooked them. Yummy! Thank you again!

I’m curious, can I dry roast the Besançon flour first before adding to the ghee, to take away the raw besan taste?

As I cannot eat dairy, can do you know what I could substitute for the cheese. Or maybe I can simply leave the cheese out? Thank you.
