Heat the remaining ½ tbsp of oil in the same pan, add the mixed sprouts and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the prepared masala paste, salt and ½ cup of water, mix well and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot garnished with coriander.

what is mixed sprouts usal made off ? mixed sprouts usal is made from easily available ingredients in India such as : masala paste from 3/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania), 1 tsp malvani masla, 25 mm. (1") piece of ginger (adrak), roughly chopped and salt to taste. For the sabzi : 1 cup chopped onions, 3 cloves of garlic (lehsun), roughly chopped , 1/2 cup freshly grated coconut, 1 cup boiled mixed sprouts (red chana, chawli, moong, rajma etc.), 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp oil and 1 tablespoon chopped coriander for garnish.
