Hot Strawberries In Grand Marnier

A colourful and delicious dessert.
Method- Slice the straberries.
- Heat the butter, add the cornflour and fry for a few seconds. Add the sugar and orange juice and cook on a slow flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the strawberries and cook for 1 minute.
- Warm the Grand Marnier in a large spoon, set alight and pour the burning liqueur over the strawberries.
- Serve hot with vanilla ice-cream.
