Hi, I am a Hepatitis Carrier, had liver inflammation 2 years ago, currently on Liver Medication every morning without meal, 1-2 hours before meal. Please advise, when is the best time to take this remedy? When i mentioned to my doctor that i will be taking this remedy, she has no objection to this supplement. Which way is more effective, mix the paste with water or take the paste directly without mixing with water? Please advise. Thank you.

Tarla Dalal    Have the paste without water. You can take it any time of the day. Prefer it early in the morning on an empty stomach or in between meals. However it is advisable to not consume anything for half an hour after having this paste.

Very easy to prepare and easy to drink actually I mixed with 100mls of Almond milk for easy swallow. My Question: when will I experience pain relief on my AO knees and how long should I use this mixture??

Tarla Dalal    It is difficult to say when a person can get relief because OA can only be controlled. Plus medications play an important role too. It is best to confirm with your doctor as you must be on some medications as well.

After I prepare this mixture, how I’m suppose to take it, mix in glass of milk, water or food?

Tarla Dalal    Have it as soon as you make it. You may want a little water later as this mixture is thick.
