A great sweet delicacy.. a little effort.. but worth it.. The flavour of the ghee can be enjoyed in every bite.. this has to enjoyed while it is warm.. I made this for a sunday lunch.. and everybody relished.. it..

Broken wheat cooked in sugar and ghee. Love the taste of Elaichi in this fabulous dessert. Our kids loved it.

Fab taste. Cardamom and and broken wheat combine to make an awesome Indian dessert. Eat in small portions.
