How do I know if the jaggery consistency is ready before I mix the sesame and peanuts? The laddu should not be too hard. Thanks

Til ke laddoo.. Perfect recipe.. turned out really well.. and the same taste as you get in the market.. I made this for sankrant.. and every one just loved this recipe..
