  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add the nachni flour and cook over a low flame stirring continuously till it turns golden brown in colour.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
  3. Remove from the flame and pour onto a plate (thali).
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Divide into 14 equal portions and shape each portion into a ladoo.
  6. Roll in the poppy seeds and store in an air-tight container.
