Ladies fingers filled with a stffing of grate coconut mixed with various spices and condiments and fried crispy.
Method- Slit the ladies finger vertically and keep aside.
- Stuff each ladies finger with the prepared stuffing mixture and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the green chillies and stffed ladies finger and saute for 5 minutes.
- Mix well and cook for 10 minutes, or till the ladies finger becomes soft.
- Serve hot with chapatti or any stuffed paratha’s.
