2 medium carrot cubes
2 small chopped beetroot
4 medium sized chopped tomato
6 to 8 parsley
4 to 6 coriander (dhania)
12 to 14 spinach (palak)
1 cup ice to serve
Method
- Blend all the ingredients in a mixer till smooth.
- Strain the juice using a strainer and pour equal quantities of juice in 4 individual glasses. Serve immediately.
