Method

  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the garlic and onions and sauté on a medium flame till the onions turn translucent.
  2. Add the spinach gravy and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables ,salt and cream, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring once in between.
  4. Serve hot.

I tried this receipe and it turned out so well I prepared it for the guests & every body liked it They could not belive that it was prepared at home It was even better than the reaturant The biggest advantage of it that we can prepare and store it I did the same

The spinach gravy has a wonderful balance of flavours and textures thus making the boring spinach tasty.The vegetables combine very well with the gravy.

Tasty spinach gravy. I was bored by making only palak paneer out of spinach. This is something different with less masala.
