Ingredients

For Pudina Chaas
1/4 cup mint leaves (pudina)
3/4 cup thick chilled curd (dahi)
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste

Method

To make {span class="bold1"}pudina chaas{/span}, combine the mint leaves and 2 tbsp of water in a mixer and blend to a coarse paste.
Combine the mint paste, curds, black salt, cumin seeds powder, salt and 1 cup of chilled water in a deep bowl and blend well using a hand blender.
Pour equal quantities of the {span class="bold1"}pudina chaas{/span} into 2 individual glasses and serve immediately.
