The potato crunch are a simple crispy fried potato recipe which are favorite among kids and adults alike. The boiled potatoes are halves , deep fried and then served with Maggi seasoning sprinkled over them. A crunchy and easy snack recipe loved by all.

Ingredients

1 packet vegetarian seasoning cubes (maggi cubes- lemon masala)
8 to 10 medium potatoes
oil for frying
Method


  1. halve the boiled potatoes and fry them lightly.
  2. Punch the hot potato halves on the flat side with finers
  3. or a flat spoon and fry them again till golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle hot fried potatoes with crumbled maggi super
  5. seasoning.
  6. Serve hot.
