For Pineapple Sheera
1/2 cup fresh pineapple puree
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 cup semolina (rava / sooji)
1/2 cup sugar
For The Garnish
2 tbsp almond (badam) slivers
Method
- Sheeras can be served immediately after preparation, or stored in the freezer in an air-tight container for up to a month or two. Whenever needed, just thaw it, heat it and enjoy it!
