vegetable fried rice.. instant quick fix for lunch in tiffin , can be prepared in jiffy, with what ever vegetables available in the house. I didnt had time to cook rice in the morning, i used previous night leftover rice.

Pasta in tomato sauce.. this is one of the favourite tiffin snack for the kids, its tangy creamy taste of the pasta is just too good. And the best part is it stays fresh and moist in the tiffin box upto 5 hours. A thumsbs up for this recipe.

corn,capsicum and cheese paratha.. yummy and cheesy. I also added little garlic paste to the stuffing. When this packed in the tiffin box. The kids love it and they finish it and come. I am so relaxed with such good tiffin recipes. thank you so much.

Quick and instant rabdi.. I followed these quick steps to make it, and i was very much happy with the result.. i poured this on top of hot jelabi and gulab jamum and served it home.. all loved it and was appreciated.. Thank you for this lovely recipe.

Potato stew.. mildly flavour coconut accompaniment. I being a south indian i have found this recipe very tasty and perfect stew recipe. This is best had in breakfast with appam. The coconutty taste and the tempering with coconut oil.. just rules the whole dish... Try it out..

Malaga podi..a famous south indian recipe, has become my favourite accompaniment, if there is no chutney or sambhar.. I have this podi with little sesame oil or ghee. It just taste too good with a little sweetness. this is a great recipe.

The outer covering is so crispy and crunchy..and soft from inside. These dal vadas are so tempting.. you cannot stop with just one. This is a must try vadas, and best as a evening snack.

spicy.. right amount of spice used.. the fennel seeds added to the coconut gives a nice aroma and blends very well with the chana..kadala curry can be enjoyed with appam and idiappam.. or even with hot steaming rice..

Quick rava idlli.. now this recipe is really an unexpected one. Making idli in such a short time.. wow. The tempering added to the batter.. gives a nice aroma and taste to the idli..crunchy taste of cashewnuts, urad dal is too good. Do try this if you in hurry.

Medu vada... the best south indian snack. So crispy outer covering and soft from inside. The chillies, curry leaves, peppercorns gives a nice aroma and flavour to the vadas.. Serve it hot.. with dipped in sambhar. This is a must try recipe.

Chilli Bean Dip with Chips

Wow.. chilli bean dip with chips... simple quick and all the ingredients are handy in most of the houses.. Creamy cheesy with little chilli touch to it.. One who starts to eat, does not want to stop on it.. It is so yummy.. I had served this with nacho chips.. It was a big hit.

Crepes.. I thought crepes can be only made by using eggs. But here i got this recipe for making delicious crepes without eggs... superb. I served this to my guest with different toppings, and they just loved it. Thank you for this recipe..
