For korean cream cheese bun- To make korean cream cheese bun, in a bowl, whisk the cream cheese and fresh cream and mix well. Fill in a piping bag and keep aside.
- In another bowl add melted butter, garlic paste, rosemary and spring oinons and mix well. Keep aside.
- Take a bun, cut it into 4 halves using a sharp knife.
- Pipe out the cream cheese between each halve.
- Repeat step 3 and 4 to keep all buns ready.
- Place them on a baking tray, brush the butter mixture evenly all over the bun.
