s much as 6 to 8 glasses of water a day keeps you hydrated and clears out toxins from the body. It is a good idea to keep a bottle of water on your desk and drink some water every hour, or walk to the water cooler to fetch a glassful of water- the best way to take a break, relax and do some exercise as well.
