Hot Apple Cider is best had on a cold or rainy day. Made by boiling apple juice, cloves and cinnamon and straining the mixture which is then sweetened with honey and topped with some good brandy. Nice way to stay warm.
Main procedure- In a pan mix together the apple juice, cloves and cinnamon, and bring to a boil. Strain the juice and discard the cloves and cinnamon.
- Add the honey, brandy and lemon juice, mix well and serve immediately.
