For Homemade Coconut Ice Cream
3/4 cup coconut meat (nariyal ki malai)
1/4 cup coconut water (nariyal ka pani)
1/2 cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
1 cup beaten whipped cream
1/3 cup condensed milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp finely chopped tender coconut meat

To make homemade coconut ice cream, in a mixer jar add ¾ cup coconut meat (nariyal ki malai).

Add ½ cup coconut water (nariyal ka pani).

Add ½ cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh).

Blend it well.

In a deep bowl, take 1 cup whipping cream.

Beat whipping cream for a minute, using an electric beater.

Add 1/3 cup condensed milk.

Add ¼ tsp vanilla extract.

Add the prepared coconut mixture.

Beat for another 1 minute.

Add 2 tbsp chopped tender coconut meat.

Mix well using a spatula.

Pour the ice cream mixture into an aluminium tin.

Cover with a cling wrap. Freeze for 10 hour or overnight.

Serve the homemade coconut ice cream chilled.

Instead of whipping cream you can use fresh cream to make this ice cream.

Chopped coconut meat gives a pleasant mouthfeel to the ice cream.

I have tried few recipes like chocolate brownies and cup cake along with my daughters. Chocolate is their favourite so they both enjoyed making chocolate recipes very much. chocolate brownies and cup cake recipe turn out very well.
