कटी हुई गेहूँ की घास

Wash and dry the wheat grass. Place a small bunch of the wheat grass on a chopping board. Cut it into 1/2 inch pieces using a sharp knife. Alternatively hold the bunch in the hand and cut the wheat grass with scissors into 1/2 inch pieces. Use as required.
