Method
For the orange sauce
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small deep pan, mix well and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously. Cool completely. Keep aside.
For the sandesh
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Spread the sandesh evenly in a 100 mm. (4") diameter serving flat plate and chill for atleast 30 minutes.
How to proceed
  1. Pour the prepared orange sauce over the sandesh and finally top it with some mixed fruits.
  2. Cut the sandesh into wedges or squares.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
