Fruit raita is made of 1 cup chopped apple, 1 cup chopped pineapple and 1/2 cup pomegranate (anar).
To be mixed into a dressing
1 1/2 cups curds (dahi) , beaten
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/4 tsp finely ground pepper
salt to taste
